Formerly the Henderson-Adams Ranch, Mirabile Ranch is still a family-owned and operated calf/cow cattle business. Originally purchased by David M. Henderson in 1955 and managed by Abel Adams though 1990, the Henderson-Adams Ranch first specialized in raising polled herefords. Today the primary purpose of the ranch is to manage the land and livestock holistically in harmony nature. We believe that holistically adapted cattle regenerate the land in synchrony with the six principals of soil health.

At Mirabile Ranch, we believe in a natural and sustainable approach to ranching. Our cattle are raised on open pastures. We take great care in every step of the process, from breeding to processing.

At Mirabile Ranch, we offer a wide range of beef products, from premium steaks to ground beef. All of our products are hand-cut and packaged with care. We believe in the importance of knowing where your food comes from, and we are proud to offer a transparent and traceable product.
